Natural Home Remedies for Menopause Symptoms

Aches and Pains

One of the major symptoms of menopause is consistent and frequent pain in different parts of body.

Bladder Problems

Most women going through menopause also complain of the bladder infection, low bladder capacity and lack of ability to contain urine.

Your skin and unsolvable fibers are very sensitive to levels of estrogen, a hormone deficiency causes, dry, thin and aging looking skin, irritation, and wrinkles. Facing skin problems is also one of the major symptoms of menopause.


Depression, changes in personality, fear or eagerness is common during menopause. These emotional shifts also carry a loss of lovemaking passion. Many of the indications and problems experienced during menopause can be relieved by using home remedies or natural remedies.

Home Remedies and Treatments

For increase of level of estrogen add more leaf vegetable in your diet which contain estrogenic.

Soybeans, soy sprouts, crushed flaxseeds, sesame seeds, peas, sunflower wheat, pumpkin seeds, cucumbers, corn, apples, garlic, green beans, anise seeds, cabbage, beets, olive oil, olives, papaya seeds are very important way of get natural estrogens. They are loaded with vitamins, fiber and minerals and also necessary to maintain a good health not only for menopause.

1. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of steam purified water.
2. Take 800 milligram of evening primrose oil, 3 or 4 times a daily.
3. Take 50 mcg. of selenium, 10 mg of beta-carotene, once a day and also 2,000 mg of vitamin C to improve skin, this also helps in vaginal dryness.

Treatment for Skin Problems

Take 58 grams aloe Vera gel, 58 grams orange-blossom water and 1 teaspoon wine vinegar. Mix all three items and then put 6 drops rose geranium essential oil and 4 drops of sandalwood essential oil.

Mix all the contents smoothly and then put 1 drop chamomile oil and 800 UI vitamin E oil. Mix everything, now the skin toner is ready to apply. This will be very effective for your skin even if you are facing menopause.

Cream for Vaginal Dryness

Few creams such as HerSolution Gel and Vigorelle and are very helpful for reducing the menopausal effect of vaginal dryness which can be made very easily at home.

Take 22 grams beeswax and 1 cup any vegetable oil. Heat them in a pot until it melts. In a separate pot heat the 1 cup water until is warm to the touch.

Pour some water in the blender; pour all the contents into it with the oil and wax mixture. Add 800 IU vitamin E and 24 drops of rose geranium oil. The whole material should change in to a solid material. Add some more oil to make it soft and after few hours you can use mixture as cream on your vaginal area.
