Consumption of proper balanced diet will help in retaining the smooth skin. Try to eat leafy vegetables and fruits that highly contain vitamin A and B. A mixture of raw peanut with milk and honey can be used to form a paste that can be applied onto the face for hydrating the skin. Before bathing, add few drops of lavender oil or oat extract in the bath tub as this will help in moisturizing the skin. Intake of caffeine must be avoided.
