Home Remedies for Sinusitis, Natural Treatment



Sinusitis is a condition in which a person faces acute and severe inflammation in the cavities present inside his skull. To begin with, ginger is the best source of home remedy that is very efficient against the problems caused by sinusitis. Take 2 to 3 teaspoon of the ginger extract on daily basis. It will help against the viral and nasal related problems.

Garlic can also be used as an effective home remedy for sinusitis. Take about 5 to 6 garlic seeds and soak it in the water for 5 to 6 hours. Afterwards, blend the seeds and form a paste. The inhaling of the fragrance of this paste would help against breathing problems that is caused due to sinusitis. Mustard seed is also an effective remedy for sinusitis. Boil some seeds of mustard in water. Thereafter, get few drops of extract from it and put it into the nose. An individual will be able to cope up with the nasal problems with an ease.



Various symptoms of sinusitis can also be handled with the help of the fenugreek seeds. Take some fenugreek seed and boil it in the water. Boil until the level of water reduces to half. Form a mixture and consume it two times a day for the desired result. Also, inhaling of the fragrance of cumin seeds will provide beneficial gains against sinusitis. Wrap some boiled seeds into a cotton cloth and inhale the fragrance.

Another home remedy for sinusitis that can be followed is the use of cinnamon. Blend some cinnamon seeds into fine powder and add some water to it. Spread this paste on to the face. It will provide the required outcome against sinusitis. Basil leaves extract can also be used for the same purpose. Follow the same steps as mentioned for cinnamon.

Intake of various fruits will also be helpful against sinusitis. Fruits that are high on vitamin C levels must be induced. Orange and mango is beneficiary for sinusitis. Try to go for fresh juice of sweet grapes. Try to engulf a balance diet with lots of green vegetables in it. Nutritious foods will help in keeping the mind healthy. Also, one should try to avoid oily and junk food consumption. Don't take any type of milk products as this could cause further breathing problems.

These home remedies are very helpful against sinusitis but if there is no desired improvement, an individual should consult a specialist.
