Intake of lemon juice can be an effective home remedy for nausea related problems. It helps in curing the feeling of vomiting that one endures during nausea. Try to have plenty of fluids. This is essential in maintaining the water levels in the body and prevents from nausea. Also, taking of an apple extract with a teaspoon of vinegar and honey at night, prevents from morning sickness.



You should try to live in a healthy and clean environment as this would provide the required freshness. Also try to indulge in enough sunlight and stay away from dark condition as this might increase nervousness in the body. One must go for room fresheners that include lavender and mint, as this calms the nerves and heals against nausea. Proper rest helps an individual from stress related problems and one feels better from within. So, adequate rest should be included in your day to day routine. Curry leaves extract, mixed with a teaspoon of honey and lemon, helps against nausea. Try to take this extract at least 4 to 5 times a day. Take some ginger and boil it in the water for few minutes and after cooling the solution, drink it. You should go for fruits, such as oranges. Include some rice in the diet, mixed with bael juice as this increases the digestion process in the body. Peppermint oil can also be used for the beneficiary treatment of nausea. Boil the peppermint oil in about 600 ml of water and place it around the bed. The fragrance of the mixture will indulge pleasant environment. You must also extrude the habit of smoking and drinking. You should go for a morning walk and should do exercise on a regular basis. Thus, by changing a bit of daily lifestyle routine, you can safeguard yourself from the nausea.
