Home Remedies for Endometriosis, Natural Treatment



Endometriosis is a discomfort and painful disorder, faced by women, on their reproductive organ. The lining of tissues that are found within uterus gets implanted outside the uterus region. The respective tissues get implanted into ovaries, pelvic region and fallopian tube. Endometriosis does not occur after the menopause. It do not possess any definite symptoms but excessive pain and heavy bleeding during periods, may be due to endometriosis. To overcome the pain and discomfort caused due to endometriosis, there are certain home remedies that can be followed. To begin with, place some ice packs on the lower abdominal region. This would provide the required relief from the pain that is caused due to endometriosis. Consumption of ginger tea on daily basis would be very beneficiary against endometriosis. It is recommended to go for various vegetable juices along with some of the fruit juices. But make sure to indulge these juices under the room temperature.

Consumption of fruits such as mango, dark grapes, papaya and pineapple are also very useful against endometriosis. Different herbs can also provide the desired result in the treatment of endometriosis. Herbs such as false unicorn root, cramp bark, cohosh and chest berry can act as the good home remedies for endometriosis. In order to restore the metabolism activities and hormones level in the body, one can take the leaves and roots of dandelion, flowers and leaves of rosemary, milk thistle seeds and varvein herbs. They all provide an effective action in the treatment of endometriosis.



Diet is an important scenario that should be followed when an individual is suffering from endometriosis. One should go for a balanced diet that is rich in fiber, protein and vitamin B levels. Whole grain, cereals, brown bread and green salads provides the desired outcome against endometriosis. One should avoid spicy and fatty diet and should neglect non-vegetarian food products like meat and animal fat as well. But intake of fish can be very effective as it helps in suppressing the production of prostaglandin. In order to enhance the estrogen metabolism, one should induce vegetables like cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower, kale and sprouts in the diet.

An individual should also quit the consumption of alcohol and cigarettes as it triggers the pain related to endometriosis. Exercise is an important remedy that can be followed. Exercise keeps the body fit and increases the blood circulation in the body. Even certain yoga postures are helpful against endometriosis. In few cases, stress can also be a reason for the cause of endometriosis. So, it is advisable for a person, not to stress herself and take adequate rest that is required by the body for its proper functioning. Avoid consumption of dairy products as this inflates the pain related to endometriosis.

So, by performing the above mentioned home remedies, one would be able to treat herself against endometriosis. But if the pain is still endured, one should consult a practitioner.
