Hypertension Causes, Symptoms, Treatment

Hypertension is the acronym of high blood pressure in human body blood arteries. This disease is rapidly growing in every part of the world. With the technology evolving that touches the life of new generation has been also contributing to diseases like HBP. Though it looks a strange reason however technology influenced human being a lot as this has added to the throat-cut competition in the youth and they tend towards stress.

Scientifically, as it's proven that blood flows through human blood arteries and it exerts pressure on the artery walls from inside. The pressure the artery wall gets from the passing blood is directly related to blood pressure. If there is increased pressure on walls, it will result in increase in the blood pressure. Other factor that is equally important is the size of arteries. The moment arteries wall is in relaxed state, pressure of the blood that flows from it is normally lower in contrast of the narrowed artery walls.

Types of Hypertension

This has been seen that most people use hypertension and high blood pressure interchangeably. However there is difference in two of them. Hypertension means that the high blood pressure in human body has resulted from an identifiable source of cause. However in most of other cases, source of cause is not known to the person suffering from it. Therefore hypertension has two stages:

Stage I and Stage II

With stage I, almost 90% hypertension patients suffer and they do not the real cause of their high blood pressure. Rest 10% is actual victim of hypertension and need proper medication.

Symptoms and Causes

Most people who are into the habit of two-three drinks per day are more prone to the rise in blood pressure than others who do not drink. Thus alcohol is one of the unrecognized sources of hypertension.

Hypertension is also closely related to your lifestyle. People who are passive to routine exercise regime are more prone to this disease in contrast to others.

Though it's very hard to establish the actual sources of causes that lead to hypertension, however there are lots of symptoms and condition which are highly associated wit this disease. For example:

Kidney Diseases
Excessive Smoking

Undoubtedly, there are ways of medication for hypertension disease. However the most important one is doing it with natural treatment. There are huge variety of herbal remedies such as passiflora, Convolvulus pluricaulis and Ginkgo biloba. Garlic particularly is also referred by doctors to include this in patient's diets. Garlic helps in purification of blood apart from making it thinner. However, while using any herbal medicine one should be careful as these may harm if taken without the consultation of a doctor.

Vitamin C helps a lot in hypertension cure. It has been seen that it controls the blood pressure. Though it has not been observed that Vitamin C reduces diastolic pressure, but it helps in lowering the stoic reading. Two other metals calcium and magnesium also works as a supplement that reduces blood pressure. One can use blood pressure monitor to keep any eye on its momentum in the blood.
