People who have sensitive skins can allergic to certain substances when it is in contact with the skin. This is the most common skin allergies and is called contact dermatitis. For relief from the symptoms of discomfort, neem paste, holy basil paste, sandal wood paste or poppy seeds made into a paste with lime juice can be used. But for the allergy to stop completely, you've to find out what you're allergic to by rubbing the soap or cream that you may be allergic to on the skin inside your arm, and leave it overnight. If there's any redness then you're allergic to it and must stop using it immediately. If food is causing the allergies than you've to by trial and error find out which food is the one causing it, and eliminate it from your diet.
