The level of the glucose in the blood has to be normalized as far as premenstrual syndrome is concerned. For this purpose one should take short meals, that also frequently. Magnesium is useful for the immunity of reproductive system. Thus go for 1 gram of magnesium on regular basis.

Vitamin level has to be maintained in the body. Some important vitamins that help against PMS include vitamin E and vitamin B6.
