Your overactive kid can be calmed with the natural remedies available for ADHD. According to the studies, the following food items generally cause allergy: milk, peanuts and egg.

The Institute for Community Enrichment and Abramson Family has funded a study on the positive effects of transcendental meditation on the ADHD afflicted kids. The study has revealed that those kids who did daily meditation for about 6 months have behaved almost like the normal kids who are not affected by ADHD.
