Therefore aerobics for you includes a series of moves as mentioned above which can be very intimidating to start with. This way you can get most benefit from your daily workout. You can attempt for step aerobics at home only. The basic motive is to get your blood flowing and for this, start moving your legs and hands to make your heart rate up. Slowly increase the duration and intensity, but only if your heart can manage that stress.

Step aerobics is effective with music. Use the music to set your flow or tempo. Music acts as motivator. Set out your time limit or target with the music- for instance set 1 song duration and workout without break till the song ends.
