This includes cutting down on soft drinks, snacking on heavy foods between meals and large amounts of dessert after each meal. Reducing the intake of carbohydrates and supplementing it with proteins and trans-fats is also a one good way to remove love handles fast. Exercising every day or about four times a week is also effective. One should stick to regular, simple and fat-burning exercises. These directly target the fatty regions of the body first and move onto muscle building later.

Using cardio-vascular exercises is usually effective in removing love handles fast. These exercises include everything from taking daily brisk walks and walking up and down the stairs to riding on a cycle, jogging and dance. Sports are also a great way to remove love handles fast. Playing competitive sports such as football, basketball and swimming work wonders on the fat deposits and have them gone in no time. The same goes for dance classes, where the intensive yet fun workout reduces love handles and a chance to show off the new figure as well. However, it is best to consult with a trainer as to the best form of exercise.
