People who perform some kind of physical activity everyday happen to have low waist fats. You will never find a person with tummy who regularly is working out or has healthy eating habits.

Walk or Exercise: Do what suits you

So the easiest way to lose waist fat is to start using common sense. Obviously you need to take a start, and yes don't think it will be done in a day or two. You need to work on this for at least six months and for staying smart and reduce waist fat, you need to carry on regular routine of exercise and healthy meals on time.

You can exercise but for that make a plan focusing from where to start and how to start and what to start. All these questions are very important especially for beginners. It is not much difficult to lose waist fat all you need is courage and patience. Initially you can just start a daily walk for about 30 minutes.

Front squat is the best exercise to lose waist fat. This exercise will give your abs an amazing workout. In this workout plan you need to carry some weights, don't get worried for beginners you can use some light weights. You need to place light weight on your shoulders and then lift it up. Try to use waist muscles. You can gradually increase your exercise duration once your muscles are use to the specific workout.
