The best way to lose weight and stomach fat is workout or exercise. We also wish to look smarter and healthier, but this is not possible without taking proper diet and regular exercise. No doubt taking a proper diet is very important but simultaneously taking the diet at the right time is equally important. Our diet must include green vegetables and fruits. Plan your diet in such a manner that you do not feel hungry and then take food, this can be done by increasing the number of diets, prefer taking diet six times a day, each time when you take the meal make sure that you take little about of diet and eat slowly.

Taking the right combination of food is also very important. Prefer drinking more and more of water. Once you begin to take your meal, drink a glass of water this will help you to feel less hungry and as a result you will eat less. Well, eating less does not mean taking any kind of food.

Avoid taking junk food and try that you don't eat much of that food that is more oily or fatty. When you prepare food even at home make sure that you prepare food that is less fatty or oily. These things will help you reduce a lot.



Not only is this exercise the best way to lose stomach fat. Sit ups or aerobics help a lot to reduce the belly fat. Running, jogging or including at least a walk of around 2 kilometres will help you maintain your body weight. Not eating or eating less is no way to reduce weight this might result in reducing weight for few days but after few days you will start feeling more hungry and will eat more as compared to the earlier days.

Avoid soft drinks or creamy food items such as cakes and pastries these are good to see, nice to eat but contain lot of calories. The best way to deal with body weight of stomach fat is including more of fruits, including colorful fruits in your diet will help to make your skin younger and keeps you refreshing all the time. Taking care of all these minute things will help you keeping you fit that too without any side effects.

Now a days hundreds of products are available in the market that promise its customers, reduce ten kg in a week or so. Such advertisements are just to misguide customers because no doubt it might result in weight loss but such products have long run side effects. Still some people go for these shortcuts even after knowing about these side effects. Thus use of such products must be avoided and we all must look for natural or herbal products that do not result in harming our body. It is recommended that we must eat our breakfast like a king, lunch like the queen and dinner like the beggar; this statement is very true as breakfast is must because it helps to strengthen our metabolism.
