You can also follow another very effective exercise. Put your head on the edge of the bed and lay down on the floor having the support of back. Take deep breaths while performing this.
When you inhale slowly and gradually up your head, slightly touch your chin on to your chest. Stay on this position for just about 10 to 15 seconds; then again gradually move back to the same stance. Follow this exercise at least 5 to 8 times everyday. Remember that your posture must be in a correct form and you'll only know if you feel some contraction in chin.
