There are various arm workouts that can be done. Push-ups are outstanding strength training work out for your entire arm. Dumbbell tresses target your biceps, and triceps dumbbell kick backs target your triceps. To work on triceps, bench dips can also be done. To work on biceps, barbell extensions are also a good option. While working on these exercises keep in mind that your back must not be overwrought. Aerobic activity is a brilliant fat burning process. Aerobic activity must also be done on daily basis to lose excess fat in your arm. Some kind of little weights should be lifted in order to lose arm fat while doing aerobic workout. There is no appropriate science that will aid you in losing arm fat alone.

Some of the measures that can be taken at home are

1. Push Forward: Be seated on the ground with bent knees, feet should be flat, palms flat on the ground beside your hips and fingers pointing frontward. Lean back and bend your elbows sustaining your upper body weight with arms and keeping the hands in place of the hip, making use of hands push forward, straightening your arms till you are sitting upright once again.

2. Bend Your Elbows: Also to build up triceps, pick up a dumbbell sit straight on the bench holding the weight on the right side.
