How to Build Abdominal Muscle Fast - Get Six Pack Abs



Building the abdominal muscle is a very key factor in determining a person's physique, his strength and his power. There have been several misconceptions in recent times about how to build abs muscle. It also plays a very important role in building a six pack abs routine. There are many exercises which help to build abs muscle, burning extra fat in the human body. They are more convenient as they can be performed easily at home.

One of the most important exercises for your muscle building routine is the abdominal crunch. There is a definite position and skill that should be followed when crunches are being done. It should be made sure that your hands are not behind your head. This is done in order that there must not be any unnecessary strain on your back and neck, and over an interval of time this can cause permanent damage or muscle problems. Instead cross your hands across your chest, or put your fingers behind your ears to make it look easy. Make sure that you do not pull on your neck or ears. Then, draw in your stomach by inhaling. Breathing well is important to the exercise. Then lift your shoulders up applying only your abdominal muscles. This can cause unnecessary back strain.

The significant part of the crunch is the initial flexing of your muscles as you raise your shoulders off of the floor. As you start lifting up, start exhaling through your mouth and at the peak of the crunch ends it with a gasp of air. Halt for a moment at the top of the crunch to exhale the remaining air in your lungs. Turn down your back slowly and controlled while slowly breathing air through your nose. Lower your back until your shoulder blades just touch the ground, and do not let your head touch the ground. Repeat the movement.



There is another way, i.e., weighted inclined sit ups wherein one kneels on the floor or sits under the rope that has been attached to the pulley. After this pull the handle towards your ears slowly and then contract your abs into a crunch. Change the weights according to the load you can take up.

Other way is weighted sit ups, where one is lying down on a floor and holds a rod against his chest.

There are basically three essential elements for workout of your abs.

1. High intensity muscular overload
2. Continue the workout regularly
3. Correct frequency so that there is not a case of under or over workout

Following these three elements guides a trainer and helps him build his abdominal muscle.
Also, proper diet should be maintained which mainly includes eating a lot of proteins. Green vegetables and pulses, along with milk and eggs should be consumed daily.

These above mentioned exercises and instructions will definitely help you in building your abs muscles faster provided the exercises are done each day and in a proper manner.
