1. You can consume eggs that are a good source of protein and also helps in reducing fat. Furthermore, it also has vitamin B12, which is the major element in burning the fat at the same time. If you are anxious about eating more of eggs, you can eliminate the yolk and then also you will obtain the benefit of protein that are present in the egg.

2. Consuming low fat diet also helps in eliminating unwanted fats and at the same time makes the bones strong. You can add fat free yoghurt or milk that is low in fat. You can also consume products made up of skimmed milk.

3. Legumes and beans are enriched in protein, iron and fiber. Ensure to avoid the refried class as it involves lot of saturated fat. There are certain kinds of beans like navy beans, kidney beans, lima beans and white beans.

4. Oatmeal helps to maintain the level of cholesterol. It also helps to release bad acids from the body. It involves some nutritional qualities. It is better to consume sweet free and flavor free oatmeal.



5. Olive oil is a significant source of healthy fat, it aids in keeping low levels of cholesterol and reduce unwanted fat.

6. Foods that are made of whole grain involve lots of minerals and fibers.

7. Almonds are known to reduce the unwanted fats of the body and have multiple benefits. Consuming minimum of six almonds in the morning will persuade the protein to burn fat.

8. Consuming seasonal vegetables and fruits in the form of salad before the meals will help you to binge on oily foods. They are low in calories and hence help to reduce weight. It can also be consumed as snacks between two meals.

9. Green tea is an appropriate beverage for weight reduction because it aids in burning a major part of the calorie per day. Moreover, it bears the feature of antioxidants, which provides many health advantages to the system.

10. Beef and turkey are remarkable for building of muscles and hence improves the immune system of the body. On the other hand, tuna and salmon are rich in protein. Both involve healthy fats. It helps to burn around one fourth calories per day.

11. Cucumbers, asparagus, celery, cranberries and watermelon are diuretic. This helps in providing comfort against heaviness and swelling caused by retention of water.
