Fundamentally, fat burning foods are those foods that burn out more calories than the caloric content of the food itself. Even farmers know that there are some foods that help in burning more calories than the caloric content in the food; this is the reason why they do not feed their animal with those foods. There are three fundamental groups for these foods namely, the citrus group, the cellulose rich vegetables and fruits group and the dairy group.
1. The citrus group involves lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruit, kiwi (this is not a citrus fruit but a good source of vitamin C and also helps in burning fat).
2. The cellulose rich vegetables and fruits group involves cabbage, watermelon, asparagus, beet root, apple, broccoli, carrot and blueberries.
3. The dairy group involves yoghurt with low fat, non fat milk and fresh white cheese.
