Diet Chart for Weight Loss, Diet Plan

Weight loss has always been a problem for a lot of people among us. Every one wants to lose weight too quickly and for this most of us, especially girls go to extreme measures like eating nothing at all throughout the day.

All we have to do is know the difference between losing weight and starving ourselves. We should know that losing weight is a slow and steady process. Here is a diet chart that will help you get rid of the excess fat in your body.

Starving yourself and skipping meals is not a way to reduce weight. In fact if you really want to lose it, you must take in at least four meals a day. If you take small meals at regular intervals, it ensures that you are not eating too much and you are providing your body with the necessary nutrients.

Always take a low calorie diet. It doesn't matter how much you eat in day. It's what we eat that matters. If you are eating a small amount of a high calorie diet, it doesn't promise any weight loss. Processed, junk, deep fried food is high in fats. Avoid all these foods. Avoid soft drinks, opt for fresh juices.

Feed yourself with a well balanced diet. A diet that contains all the nutrients your body need. Pulses, meat, eggs and milk are high in proteins. Eat lots of proteins is very beneficial.

Fresh fruits and green vegetables should be a part of your daily diet. They contain almost all the nutrients your body requires and work without giving you those extra pounds. However when you are taking fresh fruits and vegetables in form of salads, you should make sure that the salads are free of the fatty dressings like fresh cream and mayonnaise.

Eat lots of fiber in your daily diet. Food rich in fibers include oranges, apples, carrots, beans, oat, peas etc. in fact all the fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains and seeds have fiber in them. Having fiber in your diet means less fats will be absorbed from the food you have taken in because fiber makes it move faster through the digestive system. Also fibers help you feel full even if you are not.

Consume lots of water every day. It not only helps in keeping you hydrated but also helps you in losing weight further it is also very beneficial for the skin. You must make sure you take in at least 8 glasses of water every day.

It is very important to keep track of how many calories you intake throughout the day and how much of them do you burn. Extra calories which make you gain weight; you should burn the calories by doing exercises or yoga.

If you are not good at eating less and low calorie diet, you should at least include exercise in your daily routine. Exercising ensures that you are burning the extra calories that your body doesn't need. You don't need to go to the gym for that purpose. Brisk walk for half an hour daily or even better if you opt for regular jogging can bring you amazing results.
