Chest: This part of the body is the most preferred and exercised part of many body builders. Our chest is separated in basically two sections: higher and lower chest for the goal of exercising. Chests exercises include: Barbell bench press, dumbbell bench press, weighted wide grip dips. Modifications in the bench press are thought to be the best exercise for chest. Flat bench press, the incline and decline are basically done for the uppers and lower chest portions.

Abs: The abs can be well defined when the way of exercising is such that we apply some pressure at the muscle there. The development of abs usually takes a long time to get developed and the best results come from workouts like crunches, pelvic tilts and side bends. These three exercises are the best for the development for one's abs.

Arms: The arm constitutes of the biceps, triceps and the forearm. Bicep is composed of muscles on the front of the upper arm. Similarly, triceps consists of muscles at the back of the upper arm. Forearm is situated amid the wrist and the elbow.

Biceps include standing barbell curl, seated alternate dumbbell curl and preacher curl.

Triceps involve lying triceps extension, close grip bench press, pushdowns and seated triceps.



Doing wrist curls will give you best results for your forearms.

Back: Back occurs to be the largest body muscle and is distinguished into upper, lower and sides. It includes pull-up, bent over row and one arm dumbbell row. The lateral pull downs and seated pulley rows are excellent workouts intended for the upper part of the back. The superman stretch and reverse extension is better for the lower back. The back can be made to attain a V shape by chins and pull downs.

Shoulders: The shoulder muscles at some instances may be the deceitful muscles to workout. For shoulders, the main exercises are press behind neck, dumbbell press, military press, shrugs and shoulder presses.

Legs: The legs basically include three distinct muscles - quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.

Quadriceps is the four-part extensor muscle at the front of the thigh. In order to build your quadriceps, squats are the best. Hamstrings include stiff-legged dead lift and lying leg curl.

Calves, which are the fleshy strong back part of leg between the knee and ankle, include standing calf raise, donkey calf raise and seated calf raise.
