Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes absolutely. Shopping cart pages in which you enter your credit card data is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Moreover, all credit card information is directly processed by PAYPAL which means that at no point do we have access to or store any of your credit card information.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail and generally take between 10 - 15 business days for delivery. We will inform you as soon as your order ships so you know when to expect it.
What is the expiration date on the products?
We ship fresh stock. The date marked on the bottles is the DATE OF MANUFACTURE. Expiration dates are usually 3 years from date of manufacture.
How long does it take for these products to work?
It is generally recommended that herbal products be taken for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. It is also cost effective to purchase a supply of 3 months or more.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries except those that do not allow herbal items or where packages get returned or go missing.
Do you have any retail locations?
Currently we only sell through the internet and have no retail locations.
Do you accept returns?
We are confident that you will like our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, without the seal broken and in original, saleable condition.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
