How to Detox Your Skin, Natural Cleansing



Detox is a very popular treatment to eliminate the toxins of the skin and to stimulate the circulation. It will give the healthy looking skin to your body. Instead of that they should go for healthy choices such as whole grains, variety of fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts.

Fruits like mango, banana, orange, melon, pineapple, grapefruit, lime, dates, strawberries, pear, raspberries, plums, blue berries, apples, avocados, peaches etc. and vegetables like cabbage, beans, spring onion, turnip, cabbage, cucumber, cauliflower, carrots, spinach, sweet corn etc. contributes a lot in achieving great health. Consume 8-10 glass of water.



Various vitamins and supplements are there which help in looking our skin healthier. Avoid drinking other drinks other than water like alcohol, caffeine or sugar. As these drinks contain lots of chemicals and toxins, it will counteract our good work. It will harm you much more than you think off. Smoking is also prohibited in detox program.

It is said that the people of ancient time also perform all the rituals of cleansing by stimulating sweat. It is advisable that for detoxifying function of the skin prefer to sit in a sauna or in a steam room for 20-30 minutes. Increase the limit of drinking water so that you may not feel dehydrated. You may prefer to have hot bath for encouraging steam.
